| Job Description : |
We are working closely with the senior management of one of the largest and most forward thinking construction organisations in the world. Having recently won several land mark infrastructure projects in the south of England they are now investing and strengthening their management teams. As a result of these develops they now see a Planning Manager for their Major Civils Business.
Requirements
• Good understanding of various forms of tender documents, contract documents and specifications.
• Good understanding of various methods of planning, programming and progress monitoring.
• Good understanding of risk and opportunity management with particular reference to planning/programming.
• Good understanding of the events that initiate, and of the methods used to demonstrate, compensation event entitlement.
• Good understanding of the construction market, methods of construction, plant, equipment and labour requirements.
• Relevant CSCS Card
Candidates with extensive site experience who have subsequently moved into the planning function are ideal.
